NanoSP is a state-of-the-art software with an intuitive interface, distinguished for its ease of use, and providing the following functionality:

  • Control of all automated units and modules of the scanning confocal Raman microscopes-spectrometers of the SOL instruments Confotec® series
  • Performing spectral measurements at a point on the sample in various acquisition modes, panoramic spectra, peak tracer, multitude of spectra representation
  • Acquiring one-dimensional, two-dimensional or three-dimensional maps of the sample using the reflected laser light and Raman scattering signals
  • Processing and analysis of the acquired experimental data
