SOL instruments Ltd. is pleased to announce the acquisition of PROSCAN special instruments Ltd. (Minsk, Belarus) with the aim to expand and diversify the business, strengthen the position on the market, and increase the competitiveness of the company.
PROSCAN Ltd. is a manufacturer of spectral and analytical devices, including devices for leading metrological and industrial laboratories, different types of registration systems, and high-performance digital cameras with matrix and linear detectors of various sizes.
