The results of our annual seminar “Raman Spectroscopy 2015”
Thank you very much for attending the seminar!
- The seminar took place: from 26 to 27 November 2015
- Venue: premises of SOL instruments Ltd.
SOL instruments has again conducted the two-day theoretical and practical seminar on “Raman Spectroscopy” in which representatives of science and industry from China, Russia and Belarus have taken part. The seminar was very interesting and productive. On the first day of the seminar, the SOL instruments leading employees and invited speakers from other institutions have presented their investigations in the ambitiously evolving field of Raman Spectroscopy. Here are the presentations of the speakers who have kindly permitted to publish them:
- Confotec® 3D Scanning Confocal Microscopes: Latest Technologies and Applications. Speaker: Mr. S.Shashkov, Ph.D., Senior Research Engineer, Analytical & Measurement Group, SOL instruments Ltd. (Minsk, Belarus). View PDF…
- Multimodal Optical Platform for Condensed Matter Studies. Speaker: Dr.G.Arzumanyan, Head of Department of Raman Spectroscopy (Centre “Nanobiophotonics”), Frank Laboratory of Neutron Physics, International Intergovernmental Organization, JINR, Dubna, Russia.
- Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS). Speaker: Dr. H. Bondarenko, Senior Research Scientist, R&D Department, Associate Prof., Micro- and Nanoelectronics Department, Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. View PDF…
The 2nd day of the seminar has been dedicated to presentations of the 3D scanning Raman microscopes Confotec® NR500 and Confotec® MR150, and to training, skillfully arranged by our leading research engineer Ph.D. Sergej Shashkov. The results of the seminar once again proved that there is a great interest of customers from all around the world to the Confotec® series Raman microscopes, to be used for solving urgent analytical tasks in different application areas.
