Report on our workshop “Elemental analysis of materials with LEA-S500™”: 27 – 28 November 2014
Dear colleagues, partners and customers!
SOL instruments conducted two-days theoretical and practical seminar “Elemental analysis of materials with LEA-S500™”, in which took part representatives of science and industry from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. The main purpose of the seminar was to introduce and demonstrate the instrument of the XXI century – laser elemental analyzer LEA-S500™ from SOL instruments, its analytical possibilities as well as new methods of analysis. The seminar took place from 27 to 28 November 2014 in Minsk, Belarus, on SOL instruments premises.
The second day of the seminar was devoted to the demonstration of the elemental analyzer LEA-S500™: qualitative analysis of unknown compounds; LEA-S500™ calibration; analysis of metals and alloys; pure copper analysis; samples preparation for analysis: drinking water (concentrating and pelletizing), powder samples (pressing and fusing); glass analysis; and hair analysis.
The participants personally made different samples measurements on LEA-S500™! The results of the workshop once again confirmed the great interest to the elemental analyzer LEA-S500™ for solving urgent analytical tasks. We present a small photo report from the event:
