Classical Imaging monochromator-spectrographs of MS series with focal length from 200 mm to 1 meter and astigmatism compensation: models MS350, MS520, MS750 and MSDD1000. This series includes two groups: medium-focus high-aperture small-sized devices; and long-focus – more than half a meter – high-resolution devices with a wide flat focal field. All MS series devices are fully automated.
Multifunctional, compact and easy in use two-channel spectrometers with spectral response from 200 to 1100 nm. Spectrometer SL40 Duo: original mirror-lens two-channel optical scheme, focal length 40 mm, spectral resolution less than 0.8 nm. Model S150 Duo: vertical-symmetrical two-channel optical scheme, focal length 158 mm, spectral resolution less than 0.2 nm, plus possibility of Echelle grating installation.
Automated double monochromators for separation of narrow spectral interval with minimal level of stray light: models DM160 and MZDD350i. The DM160 device is a high throughput double monochromator with dispersion subtraction, F/number 3.5 and focal length 160 mm. The MZDD350i model is a double monochromator with zero dispersion consisting of two imaging monochromators MS3504i configured in one construction.
Spectrographs from SOL instruments are spectral devices with the highest image quality along the whole field and astigmatism correction, ideally suitable for multichannel spectroscopy and other tasks. The SL100M model is a simple and compact lens spectrograph. NP250-2 is a unique device with automated wavelength tuning. And the NP250-2M spectrograph is optimized for operation with CCDs.
SOL instruments presents a variety of digital cameras for spectroscopy: the HS 101H series is intended for use when there is a low and extremely low level of an optical signal; the HS 103H is aimed for operation as a multi-element or a linear detector; the HS 104H series is a detection system for use in combination with optical devices; and the HLS 190IR is designed for the near IR spectrum range from 0.9 up to 2.55 µm.
SOL instruments offers a full family of single-element detectors for the spectral range from 0.185 to 16.6 μm. All detectors are optimized to maximize the signal-to-noise ratio in the spectroscopic system. We offer detectors based on photomultiplier tubes and solid-state photodetectors, without cooling, with TE cooling and liquid nitrogen cooling, to fulfill the most demanding spectroscopic applications at an affordable price.
Lock-in amplifier SpectraLIA
SpectraLIA is a high performance two-channel single phase analog lock-in amplifier. In combination with a PhaseLocked Chopper, it can detect the useful periodic signals with a predefined frequency against the strong background noise, the magnitude of which can exceed the amplitude of the useful signal by tens or hundreds of times.
Data Acquisition System SpectraDAS
SpectraDAS is a high performance three-channel analog-and-digital Data Acquisition System for spectroscopy. All single-element detectors, either from SOL instruments or from third-party manufacturers, with DC voltage output, as well as photon counting detectors, are fully compatible with the SpectraDAS acquisition system.
Accessories to spectral devices
We also offer a wide selection of accessories to all spectral devices for optimization of experiments: motor driven and manual spectral slits, automated filter wheels, entrance slit diaphragms, fiber optics, fast shutters, imaging condensers, mirror and lens adapters, condensers F# Matcher, condensers for focusing to the detector, and many other auxiliary equipment.
