Features and applications of the HS 101H camera

Distinctive features of the digital camera HS 101H

  • Embedded PC with 128 MB of RAM, allowing a series of measurements without transferring data to the control PC;
  • High-speed interface – 10/100 Ethernet connection;
  • Thermo-electric (Peltier) cooling of the CCD sensor, ability to connect a water chiller to achieve a lower sensor T;
  • Quantum efficiency ~ 95% at maximum sensitivity;
  • Pixel size 12 × 12 microns for the best spectral resolution;
  • The possibility of hardware binning for the “large pixel” or “CCD ruler” mode;
  • Reading speed up to 500 kHz.

Applications of the HS 101H camera

  • Raman and luminescence spectroscopy;
  • Precision measurements of transmission/reflection;
  • Measurement of spectral parameters of plasma;
  • Spectroscopy of optical signals of low intensity;
  • Multichannel spectroscopy: up to 30 independent channels on one sensor.
