SOL instruments is a participant in Research and Innovation/Innovations Actions under the Horizon 2020 H2020-NMBP-TO-IND-2019 Program entitled Real time nano CHAracterization ReLatEd techNioGiEeS, acronym CHALLENGES the Horizon 2020 H2020-NMBP-TO-IND-2019.

The project Real time nano CHAracterization ReLatEd techNioGiEsS – CHALLENGES – aims to develop innovative Non-Destructive Techniques (NDTs) for reliable inline multiscale measurements down to the nanoscale. The developed metrology technologies will enable the increase in the productivity, quality and reliability of innovative products (in the field of microelectronics) with the subsequent strengthening of its competitiveness, implementation in production, which ultimately will increase the quality of people`s life.

SOL instruments Ltd. performs one of the key tasks within the CHALLENGES innovation actions project – the development of the spectrometer and its interface with other units of the analytical complex being developed.
