SOL instruments offers a wide range of digital cameras for spectroscopy. The HS 101H series is intended for use as a detector for a low and extremely low level of an optical signal. The HS 103H series is aimed for operation as a multi-element array detector or a linear detector in the wavelengths range from 200 up to 1000 nm. The HS 104H – for operation as a detection system in combination with optical spectral instruments. And the HLS 190IR series with linear InGaAs image sensors: for operation as a registration system in the near IR region of a spectrum from 0.9 up to 2.55 µm.
