Confocal Raman microscopy is a powerful analytical technique that provides detailed information on the physical characteristics and quality of 2D materials. Nowadays materials such as graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides, etc. attract great attention of scientific community because of their application in photovoltaics, electrodes, transparent sensors and other fields.
That is why SOL Instruments will present a talk on “Raman Imaging System for 2D Materials Characterization” and demonstrate the new Confotec® MR200 instrument. This compact and fully integrated instrument with optical microscope offers high spectral resolution and is well suited for the analysis of 2D materials.
